About Us

Jones Scones is a small, family-run bakery based in Thailand, founded by Andrew Jones and Rin Jones. We specialise in handmade British-style scones inspired by Cornish baking traditions.

Although our domain uses “.co.uk”, Jones Scones operates exclusively in Thailand.

Products

• All products are handmade in small batches.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur.

• All products are subject to availability and acceptance of your order.

Food Safety & Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including, but not limited to:

• Gluten (wheat)

• Dairy

• Eggs

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. While we take reasonable care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens.

Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.

Pre-Orders & Production Schedule

All products are sold on a pre-order basis only.

Orders are prepared fresh on our scheduled baking days:

• Monday

• Wednesday

• Saturday

Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours of being baked.

As products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.

Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

Prices may be adjusted from time to time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Delivery (Thailand Only)

• We deliver within Thailand only.

• Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.

Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control; however, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds, Returns & Consumer Rights

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Returns are not accepted for food items.

• Refunds or replacements will be offered if:

  • Incorrect items were supplied, or

  • Products arrive damaged, unsafe, or not fit for consumption.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act or other applicable laws.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Jones Scones.
