We craft our Homemade Clotted Cream in Thailand using carefully adapted methods to recreate the rich texture and flavour of a traditional British classic. As a result, each batch develops a thick, velvety consistency with a smooth, creamy finish.

Because of its quality and balance, it pairs perfectly with freshly baked scones. In addition, it melts into every bite and adds that familiar cream tea experience you would expect.

We produce our clotted cream in small batches to maintain freshness and consistency. Therefore, you can enjoy high quality in every serving.

For a traditional cream tea, serve it with warm scones and strawberry jam. Alternatively, you can enjoy it as a topping for desserts or other sweet treats.
