At Jones Scones, every order is freshly baked in Pathum Thani and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. We partner with Fuze to provide reliable delivery services throughout Bangkok and Pathum Thani for both retail and business customers.

Delivery Schedule

Retail Orders (B2C)

Orders are freshly baked and prepared before dispatch. Delivery dates and time windows are agreed during the ordering process.

Business Orders (B2B)

We welcome orders from cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, events, and corporate customers. Scheduled and recurring deliveries may be arranged for regular business customers. Please contact us to discuss wholesale requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been freshly baked, packed, and handed over to our delivery partner, Fuze, a tracking number will be provided to us.

We will then update your order and send the tracking information to the email address associated with your order, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your tracking number.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order size, and courier requirements. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before payment is completed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Providing a valid contact telephone number.

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the agreed delivery period.

  • Providing any necessary access instructions for the delivery location.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete;

  • The recipient cannot be contacted;

  • Access to the property is unavailable; or

  • No one is available to receive the order,

the order may be considered a failed delivery.

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, failed deliveries are generally not eligible for refunds. Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is requested.

Delivery Confirmation

To protect both our customers and our business, delivery confirmation may include:

  • Photographs of the handover;

  • Courier delivery records;

  • GPS tracking information; and

  • Telephone communication records.

Once delivery has been successfully completed, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

Freshness & Product Quality

Every batch of Jones Scones is freshly baked and carefully packed before dispatch.

For the best experience, we recommend consuming our products as soon as possible after delivery. Storage recommendations may be provided for specific products.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Traffic conditions;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Road closures;

  • Vehicle breakdowns; and

  • Third-party courier delays.

We will always endeavour to keep customers informed of any significant delays.
